Management of health services for suspected cases in a non-designated hospitalsis be a serious concern in controlling the disease in 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. Because of the complexity of the service provider, large requirements of medical supplies and the possible need for transfer off frequently, the main difficulty is to prevent coronavirus from spreading while caring for critical cases of suspected before ribonucleic acid test results reported in 2019 a new coronavirus.

Development of magnetic bead based sample extraction plus polymerase reaction spiral in place for the rapid detection of chikungunya virus

Molecular detection system has evolved over the last two decades and are rapidly replacing the conventional techniques in virology diagnostic confirmation. But the major limitation in the implementation of molecular detection tests available is the non availability of field deployable Platform nucleic acid isolation coupled with gene amplification techniques. Rapid and early detection of molecules is very important to use effective measure against various viral infections. The re-emergence of chikungunya virus (CHIKV) has led to an epidemic since 2004 in some parts of the world including India. The main association of CHIKV with severe arthritis and arthralgia durable and closely mimic the symptoms of dengue and Zika virus infection requires laboratory confirmation. In this study, a simple magnetic beads ribonucleic acid extraction method based on optimized, combined with spiral reaction technique (PSR) isothermal polymerase for the early detection and rapid.

Furthermore, the spiral polymerase reaction reagent converted to dry under a format that causes the friendly field sample processing fast user compatible with the method of rapid detection and response to Chikungunya virus exchange.
